ordering & payments
Placing an order is easy! Simply browse our collections, select your size and style, add the item to your cart, and proceed to checkout. We accept payments via major credit cards and PayPal.

Orders can be modified or canceled within 24 hours of purchase. Please contact our Customer Service team immediately with your order details. Once your order has shipped, changes cannot be made.

Once your order is shipped, we will send you a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your order through the courier's website.
Returns

Once we receive your returned item, it typically takes up to 2-3 business days to process the refund. You’ll receive a confirmation email when the refund has been issued.
